Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

  • Custom-made products will begin manufacturing only after order confirmation.

  • Processing time varies depending on the product type and customization.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard products are typically delivered within 5–7 weeks from order confirmation.

  • Custom products may take longer depending on design and complexity.

  • Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, transport strikes, or logistical issues.

  • We will proactively notify you in case of any delay.


Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery is provided for the first attempt to your shipping address.

  • Missed deliveries may incur additional charges for subsequent attempts.

  • Delivery is generally to the ground floor if a service lift is not available.

  • Additional charges may apply for weekend deliveries or specific time slots.


Installation Policy

  • Our support and delivery team will coordinate for installation if included with the product.

  • Installation of certain products like wall-mounted TV units, study tables, wall shelves, or products under ₹10,000 may incur an additional charge of ₹500.

  • Wooden swings and some furniture items are not eligible for installation services.


Delivery Inspection

Upon delivery, please check for:

  • External damage: Cracks, scratches, chip-offs, or unfinished areas.

  • Polishing issues: Minor polish or dust issues can be fixed on the spot by our delivery personnel.

  • Scratches or cracks: Report immediately to the delivery team and customer support for rectification.

  • Assembly and installation: Ensure proper assembly and correct placement, especially for wall-mounted or floor furniture.

Note: Wood is a natural material and may have minor variations in grain, color, or expansion during seasonal changes. This is normal and not considered a defect.


Shipping Limitations

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on pin codes and remote locations.

  • For unreachable areas or areas with limited access, the customer may need to make alternative arrangements for delivery.


Damaged or Defective Products

  • Any damage or defect must be reported immediately to the delivery team and customer support at info@woodcarvingindia.in.

  • Photographic evidence may be requested to assess the damage.

  • Depending on the assessment, we may provide on-site repair, replacement, or full refund.

  • Once the delivery team leaves, self-inflicted or mishandled damages will not be covered by the Company.


Tracking Your Order

  • You can track your order by signing into your account at www.woodcarvingindia.in and visiting the order tracking page.

  • Guest users can track using Order ID and the email or phone number linked with the order.

  • Status updates include order confirmation, manufacturing progress, quality check, and dispatch details.
