How do I Cancel an Item Purchased on www.woodcarvingindia.in?
Cancellation in Case of Damage:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately at the time of delivery and report a complaint to customer care at info@woodcarvingindia.in.
Damage & defect will be assessed within 72 hours, and a solution will be provided. If, in the opinion of Wood Carving India, the product is broken, it may be returned, replaced, or any other corrective measure may be taken to address the issue.
Cancellation in Case of Wrong Product:
If the product does not comply with the specifications of your original order, raise the issue immediately and report it to support.
Important Notes:

Products purchased on discount or during a sale cannot be canceled.

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order, only if the order has not been shipped. A 5% payment gateway charge will be deducted on cancellation.
Return & Refund
If you are eligible for a refund, it shall be processed as per the following guidelines:

Refunds will be initiated only after all canceled items are picked up from the customer’s premises.

Once products are received at our warehouse, refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, except for COD orders.

Processing charges may be deducted depending on the order.

For refused delivery orders by the customer, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted.

COD refunds will be issued in the form of a Wood Carving India coupon code.

Orders placed during a sale or with discount cannot be returned but may be replaced in case of damages or defects.
Warranties
The product comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and inherent termite or borer issues.
This limited warranty does not cover:

Small cuts, scratches, or damage during cleaning.

Damage caused by incorrect installation of the product.
-
Cracks during natural displacement.
-
Exposure to direct sunlight or water causing wood decay.
-
Minor cracks (checks) in solid wood due to natural aging.
-
Unevenness up to 5 mm due to floor or surface variations.
-
Upholstery, coverings, or cushion covers.
Delivery

Our support and delivery team will coordinate with you for hassle-free delivery and installation if included with the product.

Free delivery applies only on the first attempt to your address. Extra charges may apply for missed deliveries or later visits.

Deliveries are made to the ground floor if no service lift is available (if applicable).

Additional charges may apply for weekend or specific time deliveries.

If the order is not collected from the nearest delivery center within 10 days, Wood Carving India may charge for holding the products beyond this period.
